If you have trouble getting videos to play

1. You need a good broadband conection of at least 100kps
Check your REAL connection speed

2. The player works best in Internet Explorer or Netscape.
Some browsers eg AOL block key functions.
Switch to IE or Netscape or Mozilla

3. You need to have cookies enabled and have security
settings set to medium.

4. If you have a firewall check that your settings allow
you to stream video.
